QA/QC Introduction
A TQM (Total Quality Management) system strictly conforming
with ISO9002 stipulations has been implemented to cover
the processes of product design, fabric selection, production
and storage. The quality control breakdown is as follows:
The General Manager is in overall charge, then the
Sales Director, QC Head Director, Department Managers,
Production Managers, and lastly Section QC officers.
The quality control team conducts fabric, accessories
and garment QC processes.
Each order is followed and inspected by our QC team
members, all of whom have at least 8 years' experience
in the quality control field. Moreover, besides in-house
quality control, we work with such third-party companies
as SGS, ITS, MTL, etc. to carry out initial, mid-term,
and final random inspections during production and before
delivery.
